Your Daily Schedule is what is going to truly be the "make-it
or break-it" point for your business. Why? Because knowing
all about how to advertise/run your business does you no good if
you're not doing it! You need to figure out a good time for you
to be able to sit down at your computer every day and work on your
business. Things that you need to do each day:
- Check for new members in your program(s)
and if you are using Autoresponder Series for your e-mails urging
people to join your program(s) and also for welcoming them once
they have joined you will want to remove any new members from
the series urging them to join and put them into the thank you
for joining series.
- Check your main e-mail accounts
- to answer any questions that your downlines may have,
read the latest information from the programs you are in,
etc...
- If your program includes a forum (Like Rev9
does) then you will want to check in there every day as
well to make sure you have the latest info, and for a bit
of fun.
- Pick a time-frame for advertising to
your safelists. You may find that you have better
results emailing your ad at certain times each day, or you may
like to rotate what time you send out your ads.
- If you are using a program like "Traffic
Attractor" or "Premier-Submitter"
to place your ads you are in luck.
- Traffic
Attractor will allow you to schedule when your ads
go out, what safelists they go out to, and which ads
go out to them, and then the software will automatically
send them out for you (provided your computer is online).
- Premier-Submitter
sends them for you whether you are online or not, but
you can't control the time they are sent other than
adding a ".1" after the number of days you
can send to that list - this will rotate the ads by
posting them one hour later each time they post.
- Unfortunately you will find that some lists just
need to be posted to manually.
- Keep them listed in a "Safelists" folder
in your "Favorites" section on your browser
(Bookmarks for Netscape users). When you save the safelist
in your Favorites/Bookmarks you will want to add the
day(s) of the week you can post in front of the name
(ie..Fri_JoesSafelist or Daily_MamasList or Mon_Wed_Fri_SafeMail)
so that it is easy for you to see which one's to post
to.
- You can also save them in "Groups"
(with the group named by the day of the week you
can post to those safelists) in Crazy
Browser.
- Choose a time-frame for your Hit Exchange
and Auto Exchange advertising.
- You may find that you like to let your Auto Hit sites
run while you are sleeping
- Maybe while you are watching tv you can click for hits
(even if it's just during commercials)
- You can setup your Traffic Exchange programs in Crazy
Browser Groups, making a group for Auto Hits,
another group for Exchanges to visit on Monday's, another
for Tuesday's, etc...
- Choose a good time for you to send out
your Classified Ads / FFA Ads
- If you are using AdBlaster
you can schedule it to run automatically provided your computer
is online
- You can setup Groups in CrazyBrowser
as well for ads that you have to post manually
- Find time that you can be undisturbed
each day - these last two items require a bit more time than
the above:
- Read through your E-zine emails to get the information
for posting your ad and to see if you might have won a solo
ad or anything else they may be giving away - and of course
post your ads to the e-zines you can post to that
day
- Go through your FFA e-mails using your "Reverse
Marketing" techniques / ads
- Submit to Search Engines
- You want to submit your website to the search engines
at least once a week - you can do this every day
- Remember not to submit more than 1 page per day to
search engines - many of them will consider you to be
spamming their engine if you submit more than one page a
day and they will penalize your site ranking, or
remove your site alltogether!
The main thing is, once you get your schedule made, you need to
stick to it! Every day you need to work on your business. I know
there are programs out there that claim all you have to do is join
and they will do the work for you - but seriously, have you ever
known anyone to make money by doing nothing? No... and you won't
either. It just doesn't work that way. The people who make it in
Network Marketing are the people who realize that this is a business,
and they treat it as such, doing their daily tasks to run their
business, getting tools to make these tasks easier when they can,
and learning as much about their business and advertising as they
can. By keeping on top of things you can make your business a
HUGE SUCCESS!!
