Communicating with your Downline is a very important step that should
not be skipped! Remember, chances are that your new downline
members could use a little help getting started. They may not yet
know how to advertise online, or they may only know one or two ways.
The best way to keep your downline happy and building their downlines
is to communicate with them, answer their questions, help them out,
etc...
What I prefer to do is to setup an autoresponder series that I
put new downline members into, thanking them for joining the program,
and offering guidance and support. I then also MAKE SURE to offer
an actual Contact E-mail Address where they can reach me
personally instead of just my autoresponder. This way if they
are working on something and need a question answered right away
they can try e-mailing me, or if they have a question that they
haven't seen an answer to on the site or in the e-mails they have
someone to ask. Sometimes they just need a little support and encouragement
that yes, this can work for you if you follow these steps.
Remember, if you start a business with employees, you need to talk
with those employees. So if you start a business with downline members,
you need to talk with those downline members.You may be somone's
downline member, but you are also the "Manager"
of your new online business, which includes managing your downline.
The better your relationship with your downline, the more likely
they will be to join other programs you are in because they will
know that you wouldn't ask them to join something that wouldn't
make them money and that you will be a sponsor who will help them
along the way.
